One of the programs implemented in the context of poverty alleviation is community empowerment. The aim of this research is to find out and improve the design of Ecological Monitoring in Community Empowerment Programs for Independent Women. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Meanwhile, the research design used by researchers is Participatory Action Research (PAR) using indepth interview, observation, documentation study and FGD data collection techniques. The data sources in this research are primary data sources from community members who take part in community and stakeholder in empowerment programs. Nourishment and Art Therapy are among the most frequently applied psychosocial therapies by social workers at Sentra Handayani Jakarta for clients facing these issues. Based on the assessment results of the Nourishment practice applied by social workers, there are still several problems and needs that ultimately require solutions to ensure that Nourishment can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The technological innovation designed is the Nourish-Art Therapy, which is a development of Nourishment and Art Therapy. The purpose of implementing Nourish-Art Therapy is to reduce anxiety levels and enable clients to express their unfinished business issues. The research method applied is the SSD research method using three research subjects. The limitations of promotion are related to promotional planning that is still not comprehensive and non-participatory. This research aims to develop a comprehensive and participatory service promotion planning model. This research used a qualitative approach with Participatory Action Research (PAR). It involved patients, families and communities, ophthalmologists, social workers, psychologists, health educators, optometrists, public relations staff and health promotion staff. The data were collected by observation, documentation study, in-depth interview and focus group discussion. Validity testing used credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability techniques. Then it was analyzed by usingMile &amp; Huberman model. The research findings show that this model produces a comprehensive service promotion system, and ensures the dissemination of information that is more accessible to service users thus improving service delivery. The model uses the concept of society 5.0 which includes the use of digital technology, emphasis on the balance between technology and people, continuous capacity building such as education and skills training, the use of integrated systems, data security and privacy. The model offers ease of implementation as it has five steps that are systematic and participatory. The pilot test of this model at Cicendo Eye Hospital has resulted in continuous dissemination of information utilizing audio-visual media technology and has resulted in an increase in the number of patients. In addressing the issue of NDPS abuse in Jayagiri Village, in 2022, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Cianjur Regency, in collaboration with the village government, established a Community-Based Intervention (IBM) in Jayagiri Village as part of the Desa Bersinar program. Community participation is crucial in efforts to combat NDPS abuse. Therefore, the IBM recovery agent was established. Following its formation, this recovery agent received capacity-building to enhance knowledge and skills in implementing IBM activities/services.</em> <em>This study aims to develop technology engineering for capacity building and support for IBM recovery agents, focusing on the primary concept of assisting IBM recovery agents in implementing activities/services in the field, as well as community participation in program evaluation.</em> <em>This study employs a qualitative approach using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Data collection involves documentation studies, observations, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Additionally, two tools or methods supporting FGD are utilized: Methodology Participatory Assessment (MPA) and Technology of Participation (ToP). The results indicated that the design of capacity building and mentoring for IBM recovery agents effectively enhanced their knowledge and skills. Furthermore, community participation in providing input or feedback on IBM activities/services was effective for the future development of the IBM program. WDEP+AC reality therapy is a development of Want, Doing, Evaluation Reality Therapy. WDEP+AC Reality Therapy uses a cognitive approach that aims to analyze the effect of WDEP+AC reality therapy on increasing the self-control of drug abuse victims at the Sekar Mawar Foundation. The specific aim of this research is to analyze the level of self-control of drug abuse victims before, during, and after the implementation of WDEP+AC Reality Therapy. The research method used is quantitative research with an experimental model. This research uses a Single Subject Design (SSD) with a Reversal A-B-A design. The target behavior observed in this research is lazy behavior, unable to express oneself, and being easily distracted/unable to determine priorities The instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were three victims of drug abuse at the Sekar Mawar Foundation who were inpatient residents, were no longer drug dependent, were male, and had behavior that lacked self-control. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that WDEP+AC Reality Therapy is effective in increasing the self-control of drug abuse victims at the Sekar Mawar Foundation. This is proven by the decrease in the behavior of the three research subjects, namely ES, DK, and BG. Reducing the numbers on this target requires collaboration with cross sectors, one of which is the private sector. Yayasan Usaha Mulia (YUM) as one of the NGOs in Cianjur Regency has a stunting prevention program in collaboration with posyandu cadres and Community Leaders (CL). The aim of this research is to develop a technological engineering design to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting. In this final design, there is material on stunting prevention, the role and rights of posyandu cadres, and steps to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres in stunting prevention behavior. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The research results show that developing a design to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres can be useful and facilitate the implementation of the stunting prevention program at YUM.
