Graduation, as the fourth phase of PKH, refers to the process of ending membership status of KPM families in the program. However, there are barriers hindering graduation achievement. This study aims to analyze, examine, and describe the deceleration of PKH graduation among KPM in Glundengan Village, Wuluhan District, Jember Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection utilizes non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method involves data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation of techniques and sources is used to validate the data. Through participatory action research, the method used prioritizes active community participation with the researchers help as facilitators for community to realize designing and using participatory methods to conduct potential assessments which will later become a conceptual form in rural area development in the idea of the Tanjung Manggu Village community empowerment program, Desa Simpang, Kecamatan Wanayasa. This research was conducted to analyze the success of implementing MPA as a way to help the people of Tanjung Manggu Village carry out experiments to determine the potential and conditions that exist in their environment in order to improve the life quality of the people in the area. The study method used is a qualitative approach with Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques. The results of this research show that recognizing the potential for community empowerment can be applied through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Methodology for Participatory Assessment (MPA), and using the help of the Self Esteem, Associate Strength, Resourcefulness, Action Planning, and Responsibility (SARAR) approach can be implemented so as to produce a program design to grow potentials that can be empowered. This is proven by the interest of young people in Tanjung Manggu who have leadership qualities and potential successors to the previous leadership who have become Karang Taruna. Elderly prisoners are a vulnerable group who often experience discrimination and lack of adequate facilities while serving their sentence. As an institution that carries out the task of guidance and protection, the Women's Correctional Institution Class IIA Bandung is expected to fulfill the rights of elderly prisoners by applicable standards and regulations. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses purposive sampling techniques in selecting informants. The informants in the study consisted of four key informants and two supporting informants. The results showed that the fulfillment of the rights of elderly prisoners at the Class IIA Bandung Women's Correctional Institution had been fulfilled. However, in its implementation, it is still not carried out optimally because there are inhibiting factors in the form of budget limitations, and human resources in the form of professional experts. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. In the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique and techniques in data collection, namely by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the results of research taken at SMK TI Pembangunan Cimahi. Based on the 2021 MSME Online Data System (ODS), the number of female entrepreneurs is 86,325 (47.99%) and the number of male entrepreneurs is 93,574 (52.01%). In fact, many women in the business world can contribute to the progress of a country, especially by driving the economy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that women entrepreneurs have moderate resilience. This means that women entrepreneurs have reasonable abilities to overcome and adapt to serious events and problems in life.</em></p> <p><em> The aim of this research is to determine the resilience of women entrepreneurs in everyday life and in the male-dominated business world. The subjects of this survey were 50 female entrepreneurs. The data collection method in this research used the Reivich & Shatte Resilience Quotient Test Scale (RQ test). The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The expected test results use a normality test with a normal distribution. The homogeneity test shows the results of a normal population distribution. This research aims to evaluate the success of KUBE Maju Bersama 1 in poverty reduction, using a qualitative approach that focuses on social, institutional, and business development aspects. Qualitative methods are employed to understand the implementation of KUBE, with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews and observations, supplemented by secondary data from documentary studies. The selection of informants is done through purposive and accidental data, while the validity and reliability are assessed through data validity checks. This assessment includes degrees of trustworthiness, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research findings highlight strong interactions, a solid institutional structure, and sustainable business development as key factors in the success of KUBE. Consequently, programs like KUBE have the potential to have a significant positive impact on poverty reduction and the overall well-being of its members and the community. However, there is a need to enhance the capacity of managers and develop marketing strategies and empowerment beyond the core structure of KUBE Maju Bersama 1.
