Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Kapasitas Sekolah Perempuan Hebat (SPH)dalam Upaya Penanganan Masalah Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi (PRSE) yang mencakup aspekpengetahuan, kepemimpinan, jaringan, kemampuan komunitas dan dukungan informasi. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan (action research). Sumber data adalah sumber data primer dansekunder. Sumber data primer adalah Pengurus Sekolah Perempuan Hebat (SPH). Teknik pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, studi dokumentasi dan focus group disscussion.Uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability dan uji confirmability.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu meningkatnyakapasitas Sekolah Perempuan Hebat (SPH) baik dari aspek pengetahuan, kepemimpinan, jaringan, kemampuankomunitas, dan dukungan informasi dalam penanganan masalah Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi.
