Mohammad Irfan Farraz Haecal, M.Sc.This issue comprises five articles written by thirteen authors and presents interdisciplinary discussions on social welfare policy, social work practice, disaster preparedness, child protection, and organizational accountability in Indonesia. The first article examines ethical dilemmas arising from the local implementation of community-based stunting policy. The second evaluates the Kartu Anak Jakarta program as a child welfare intervention. The third analyzes the implementation of the Disaster Preparedness Village policy in Garut Regency under Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 128 of 2011. The fourth introduces RESIMAFRO as an integrated reporting technology for results-based management and organizational accountability. The final article explores participatory work-planning technology within a child welfare institution in Bali. Collectively, these studies demonstrate how policy implementation, institutional coordination, technological innovation, and participatory practices can strengthen responsive, accountable, and community-centered social services.
