Abstract

The capacity building model is a model that generally aims to help improve the competence of members and administrators of the "Mentari" Women's Group in managing the tasks and functions of the group that are carried out, where later with the competence possessed it will build the sustainability of the women's group organization that operates in the informal sector "Mentari". Specifically, this model has several further objectives, namely, 1). Improving the competence of members and administrators in exploring the needs and problems of the organization 2). Improving the competence of members and administrators in exploring the system of available sources and potentials, 3). Improving the competence of members and administrators in preparing intervention plans, 4). Improving the competence of members and administrators in developing networks, 5). Improving the competence of members and administrators in managing groups, 6). Improving the competence of administrators and members in evaluating processes and results related to Group activities.
