Pengaruh Penerapan Narrative Therapy with Story-Based Positive Reframing terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi di Sentra Mulya Jaya Jakarta

Abstract

Kecemasan adalah masalah psikososial yang sangat umum terjadi pada perempuan dalam kondisi rawan sosial-ekonomi karena tekanan hidup yang kompleks. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh narrative therapy with story-based positive reframing (NT-Spring) dalam mengatasi kecemasan pada perempuan rawan sosial ekonomi di Sentra Mulya Jaya Jakarta. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, dengan memanfaatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan terdiri dari dua perempuan rawan sosial ekonomi, dua pekerja sosial, dan dua ahli terapi psikososial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan positif pada aspek kognitif dan afektif kecemasan, yang tercermin dalam berkurangnya kesulitan konsentrasi, fluktuasi emosi, dan kegelisahan. Proses pembingkaian positif berbasis cerita memfasilitasi klien dalam menafsirkan kembali pengalaman hidup mereka dengan cara yang lebih adaptif. Secara keseluruhan, narrative therapy with story-based positive reframing (NT-Spring) merupakan alternatif terapi psikososial yang relevan dan berpotensi mengurangi kecemasan pada perempuan rawan sosial ekonomi di Indonesia.
