The development of tourism villages in a sustainable manner is expected to be able to provide a domino effect in the form of increased income, improved environmental quality, which has an impact on improving the welfare of the community and still pay attention to socio-cultural aspects. However, in reality, tourism villages have not been able to have a significant impact on increasing the income of the village community; have not been able to improve the skills of villagers to manage their village attractions and have not been able to increase community participation optimally. Kertarahayu Village is one of the villages assisted by PT Cikarang Listrindo as a form of corporate social and environmental responsibility. This study aimed to obtain an empirical description of how PT Cikarang Listrindo provides assistance to the Kertarahayu village Pokdarwis in developing the Kertarahayu tourism village from the economic, social, environmental and partnership strengthening aspects. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that: 1) the development of tourist villages from the economic aspect has not optimally had a positive impact on increasing community income; 2) the development of tourist villages from the social aspect has not been able to significantly mobilise community participation to be involved in the management of tourist villages; 3) the development of tourist villages from the environmental aspect, has not been able to optimally carry out planting rare trees and fruit-tourism in the yard and still low awareness of maintaining environmental cleanliness; 4) the development of tourist villages from the aspect of strengthening partnerships, still not able to optimally collaborate with stakeholders for the development of tourist villages. Based on these problems, efforts are needed to develop tourism villages by applying the pentahelix collaboration model as a strategy for the development of kertarahayu tourism village in the future, where these five elements: government, community, business world, universities/academics and social media are united in coordinating and committing to developing kertarahayu tourism village. PT. References
