Koperasi are a form of organizing poor families that can be carried out in empowerment efforts. However, the current phenomenon is that koperasi have various obstacles and challenges, such as not being popular because the loan system is not accessible and familiar with low repayment rates. The aim of this research is to find out and perfect the Design for Organizing Poor Families through Integrated Peer To Peer (I-P2P) Lending-Based Koperasi in responding to obstacles and challenges in Koperasi. This research uses a qualitative approach with the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) techniques, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The primary data sources in this research are informants consisting of village government, community leaders, koperasi administrators, and poor families. The research results show that the Koperasi design based on Integrated Peer to Peer (I-P2P) Lending can be implemented and is effective for koperasi to organize poor families by involving active participation in groups by utilizing sub-systems in koperasi in an integrated mannerReferences
