Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan model awal Management of Potential Environmental Stigma, 2) Merumuskan perencanaan Management of Potential Environmental Stigma, 3) Mengimplementasikan Management of Potential Environmental Stigma, 4) Menyusun model Management of Potential Environmental Stigma. Model Management of Potential Environmental Stigma adalah serangkaian kerja program untuk mengantisipasi potensi stigma lingkungan dalam reunifikasi pasien Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan (action research). Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dan informan dalam penelitian ini yakni Pekerja Sosial, Psikolog, Perawat, Pasien dan pihak terkait di RSDC Wisma Atlet Kemayoran. Teknim pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut dapat menangani potensi stigma lingkungan secara efektif dengan upaya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan pengawasan yang baik serta unsur-unsur pendukung. Model Management of Potential Environmental Stigma menghasilkan intervensi dalam pengurangan kecemasan pasien dan menjadikan situasi lingkungan yang kondusif sehingga dapat mendukung pemulihan pasien pasca perawatan di RSDC WIsma Atlet Kemayoran Jakarta.
