Penguatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Berbasis Potensi Lokal Melalui Pemberdayaan Umkm Di Desa Sukaraja, Kabupaten Kuningan

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sukaraja, Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan, melalui pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis potensi lokal. Desa Sukaraja memiliki sumber daya alam, sumber daya manusia, dan modal sosial yang relatif kuat, namun belum dikelola secara optimal dalam sistem ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan modal usaha, rendahnya kapasitas manajerial, minimnya inovasi produk, serta keterbatasan pemasaran, khususnya pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan mengintegrasikan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai subjek utama dalam seluruh tahapan program. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan observasi partisipatif dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pemerintah desa, pendamping sosial, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki kesiapan sosial dan ekonomi yang tinggi dalam mengembangkan usaha, ditunjukkan oleh ketersediaan bahan baku lokal, tenaga kerja terampil, dukungan sosial yang kuat, serta infrastruktur desa yang memadai. Program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan usaha yang lebih profesional, penguatan keterampilan teknis produksi, serta pemahaman awal mengenai pemasaran digital. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya kerja sama dan penguatan kelembagaan ekonomi desa sebagai dasar menuju kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat
